Set UP AWS Email Campaign with new domain in order to do mass email for my real estate business

Real estate business - I have a mass email list that mailchimp does not allow me to upload.

It was recommended to me to use Amazon Web Service with a new domain and email address to try the email campaign and avoid the system from blocking my mass email.
