Setup Double OpenVPN server

Looking for someone to setup a Double OpenVPN server

The server will need to connect to another openvpn server that is already configured.
Then it will listen for OpenVPN connections on another port and tunnel traffic to the other server.

You will also need to create a script which can install and set this up.
