We want a content-based filtering system that is scalable, requires little initial data, and is improving with more data. We also want to set up a way to store this data at first, so as the user base expands we can transition it to a user-to-user-based filtering system. The software must be compatible with Swift either directly or indirectly.

We are looking for an experienced data scientist who can both consult on the best platforms to use, as well as execute the recommender system. I would also like to note that we are using Firebase as our database.
