Skip-tracer/Data collector needed to help finish/fill holes in data base for asset owners.

Consultant should be highly skilled in skip tracing and prefer knowledge in other methods to collect contact information and additional information on owner/operator of specific assets.

Additionally prefer background in advanced computing skills.

If the job/skill level is agreeable this could be an ongoing project. Possible additional tasks needed in the future if the relationship works.
