I own a software which for bill collection. Ihe software is divided into 3 servers the web server, the app server abd the data base server. Since o have no techical background in programing I am actually looking for a software engineer who can be my advisor or consultant for a long term with a fixed am9unt monthly. and i want him to try to install the software code which i have on azure cloud.
