STATA or SAS script to compute frequencies of people playing chess

In short, I want to visually compare the frequency of all executives playing chess (number of all executives) during the one-week (or two- or even three-week) period PRIOR to the firm filing a form 8K (form) vs. the frequency of chess plays of all executives of firms that DID NOT file a form 8-K during the same period. The two files can be compared by the firm-identifier (firmID).

This should be a fairly quick task. The deliverable is a STATA or SAS script.
I have set up an hourly job, so please send me your suggested budget.
