We are looking for someone to develop a statistical analysis model to generate a series of scores from a set of data, and a final total score from these. The model needs to be a consistent scoring system with specific categories of data being weighted more heavily than others. There is also a need to account for missing data in final scores for some entries.

Budget will be dependent on experience and scope of work.
