Job Description:

- Assisting the customer with operational responsibilities and daily administration activities to support the solution environment.
- Provide post-implementation tasks for the customers existing server products.
- Sharing ownership at the customers direction of operational responsibility for infrastructure related to the solution configuration, provisioning, maintenance, monitoring, and service level alignments.
- Assisting with the solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with other key stakeholders.
- Providing knowledge transfer of DT Services Best Practices to ensure that the customer obtains an operational understanding of the existing solution infrastructure to successfully run their day-to-day operations.
- Support the customer with the preparation of the server requirements related to post-implementation management, migration support, and with provision environments based on standard procedures.
- Review the customers post-implementation business objectives and technical requirements for the server environment to bring efficiency in server processes.
- Assist the customer with post-implementation management of IT operations related to the server infrastructure.
- Conduct a systematic review and provide support for the customers existing server environments, underlying storage arrays, and associated host servers to determine their readiness for the migration.
- Provide support to perform migration of non-production, test and production data according to the customers defined and managed data migration programs
