Structural Engineering for Shop/Garage

We have a SketchUp drawing for a pole barn inspired workshop. We are looking for a structural engineer to ensure the building is sound so we can hire a contractor to build it.

Overall visual appearance is a Monitor Barn (Pole Barn)

The main floor is on a 40x40 slab and the barn is 30x40 with a 10ft overhang on the front to cover the slab completely. The upper level is 20x30. We might want to add a window to the top front. Need to figure out the stairwell situation on the upper level so the wall doesnt cut the window.
Ceiling height on the outside walls 9 feet sloping up to 10 feet in the center where the upper floor rests.

The windows are 24 inches tall by 36 inches wide.

Main floor has one door 8-foot-wide for access to main barn and a 36-inch door separate exterior entrance for the room.

Bathroom will be European shower style where the toilet and shower head are in the room and sink is outside.

We are open to adjusting the stair layout but want them on the back wall next to the bathroom.

Upper floor ceiling height is 8 ft and the windows are the same size for the entire project.
