Looking for a hands-on telecom network operations expert locally available in the Greater Toronto Area (Canada) who can:
* troubleshoot telecom networking issues, such as layer 1,2,3 issues
* capture detailed technical steps to troubleshoot a device or a communication path one at a time
* document and summarize the network troubleshooting workflow

Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper equipment (routers, firewalls, load balancers, modems, etc) is a must.

Solid understanding of wireless and wireline network interfaces and network protocols (IGP, BGP) is a must.
