Terms & Conditions for Logo Design Company - Legend required

Hello teammate,

Were about to launch our logo design website and require a legal mogul who can write our Terms & Conditions for our website.

Its pretty straightforward, we require clauses relating to:

- Refund policy for logos if customer requests one, however only if they havent requested revisions
- Design transfer agreement
- Liability waiver for any losses/legal undertakings incurred from our services or designs

Obviously theres a lot more standard legal spiel that will need to be implemented, we are looking for your guidance on what we ought to include. We welcome as many questions you may have.

I will share a sample one from another Australian design website with shortlisted candidates
We are not a design contest website, however there will be some familiarities between us.

Experience in Australian Consume Law and International law will be highly regarded.
