The System needs to achieve the following:

- Detect if a car is moving off the road and not sticking with the road track (highway shoulder)
- Analyse heavy, normal and small vehicles. As sometimes heavy vehicles shouldnt not be on specific roads at specific times of the day and the system should be able to detect them.
- Send an alert when a specific road is busy to mange the traffic jam
- Collect and save the above traffic data to a file for further analysis.
