Transcribing and formatting court documents

I need about 20 handwritten pages, with about 200 words per page, transcribed onto a word document then formatted. I have a rough draft of a Opening Brief due in the court of appeals. The court has both pdf examples and formatting guidelines (which I will provide) that MUST be adhered to. This includes a narrative, the referencing of applicable laws and statues and table of contents. My rough draft has the narrative with numbered annotations, which can be matched with the laws and statutes which apply and are numbered on other handwritten pages. (Legal reasearch already done). I am open to a line of communication to allow this to go quickly and smoothly, by answering questions at any time or as it is being prepared,
Prior experience to civil/child custody law is preferred to help concur, research and/or sheperdize , including to add or subtract any applicable words, meanings, arguments in the document.

Although this is not required, given time restraints. Document will be sent electronically and ask they be returned in same format. Thank you.
