Translate from Turkish to English

We have a Turkish customer and are having difficulty understanding exactly what he needs. His emails are partial English and Turkish.

We dont need so much a direct translation as much as an understanding of the email chain.

Some things it might be helpful for you to know:

-The product he wishes to purchase is an alkaline water concentrate
-He has purchased previously but in smaller amounts, this time he wishes much larger
-He included a screen capture of a text conversation with either a patient or other doctor
(cant tell)

I will send the files but any questions, please ask. There may be additional translation necessary if we can get past this hurdle.
