We need to upgrade a server and app for the following:

1. Usage. Currently the site has about 2000 users and is near or at capacity. We need to prepare the server for 50,000 users.

2. AWS. We need to know AWS and implementation costs.

3. SLA: Provide a recommendation / options for a service agreement, including services included and approximate labor costs.

4. SSL: Include options for SSL certificates that do not require frequent periodical renewals.
