URGENT! Redirect one url and port to another url and port

We need to have a url redirected in a specific way so that it works in a browser and the software that we use. The url is a portal address for iptv and the software we use are a variety of apps. If it works for one app, it will work for them all.

These are the setups we have tried and the issues we get:

Setup 1
something.exampleone.com:8080 redirects to somethingelse.exampletwo.com
*Setup using cloudflare pagerules

somethingelse.exampletwo.com redirects to the final location of 1.2.3.4:8090
*Setup in cpanel

This setup works in a browser, but not in the software we use.

Setup 2
something.exampleone.com:8080 redirects to the final location of 1.2.3.4:8090

The problem with this setup is that it times out in a browser but not in the software we use.

Setup 3
somethingelse.exampletwo.com redirects to the final location of 1.2.3.4:8090
*Setup in cpanel

WORKS PERFECTLY!!! But we need something.exampleone.com:8080 to work without us having to change the url, it needs to be redirected so that it works.
