Very simple internet tasks, temporary and infrequent helper, long-term

I need someone I can count on to be available quickly at random times, for a few hours at a time.

The tasks will always be very simple. Either following a very specific set of directions, doing some very well-defined research, filling out a spreadsheet, downloading videos from YouTube, or similar tasks.

The requirements are as follows:

1. Your English is good
2. Your internet connection is reliable
3. You get your work done on time
4. You reply to Toogit messages from me and my business partner within 12 hours, 7 days a week, even if its just to say something like I cant start this until tomorrow or Ok, thank you. Its very important that you respond so I know you received the message. The ONLY exception is if you TELL me in advance that you wont be available (such as a holiday, or if youre feeling sick and wont be available for a few days). But you need to TELL me. If I dont hear from you for 2 days, then you say you were sick, you will be in danger of losing this job. I know that is strict, but I cant operate this business if someone just disappears without telling me.
5. You are good at following detailed instructions
6. You are okay with keeping this position open, even if a long time goes by without me asking you to do anything. The work will be infrequent. Maybe once or twice each month.
7. You are detail oriented. Please tell me in your cover letter what your favorite food is in your first sentence, so I know you read to the end of this list. Otherwise you wont be considered.

This person will be hired whenever we have simple tasks, long term. You can keep this position as long as you meet the requirements above. For example, if I send you a message, and it takes you 13 hours to reply, you are in danger of losing the job.
