We are in discussion with a client for project in " English to Japanese" language Pair.

Hope you are doing well!

We have a urgent requirement for native English to Japanese.
We have a requirement of the Japanese resource that can help us for running a campaign for Japan. Scope of the work is as below:
1. Provide few words translations EN>Japanese
2. Provide suggestions (Better word for campaign) multiple times in case of needed from the client.
3. Linguist need to be available for two hour on daily basis from 14:30 JST to 16:30 JST for 15 days.
4. After 15 days hours time may be reduce or increase depending upon the result of work you will perform.
5. Please share your fixed cost for two hours; we would require your prompt response during these 2 hours

In case of change in time we will let you know in advance.
Could you please let us know if you can provide this service?
Also, please share your availability and Skype Id too for this project.
