We are a digital marketing company that runs a series of lead generation and content oriented SEO optimized websites. We are looking for a designer (or two) that will take a homepage concept and style guide and design user friendly, clean, webpages and webpage templates off of these concepts

- Strong design skills
- Strong CX/UX skills
- An interest in understanding our business and user behavior
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Strong HTML & CSS

Are all the key skills. We will provide direction in the form of a concept and a request for several pages/templates. You will design teh pages, get feedback, adjust as needed, etc. Then once approved hand over the files for our tech team to implement (ideally you have them over as HTML already set to work with our existing CSS setup
