WordPress developer to manage plugins, security and themes

We need a WordPress developer that understands both front end and back end to increase the feature set and functionality of our website in a dynamic mobile-friendly website. Need updated themes, single sign-on, eCommerce, tracking dashboards, fundraising pages, unique URL sharing, and on-boarding capabilities. This can become a long term engagement.

We have build the foundation and it is currently resting at (removed by Toogit admin). We want someone with a lot of experience building capable platforms through WordPress. This is NOT just a landing page project. We need a lot of functionality via plugins and an integrated system that is secure and easily management with a great CMS.

Requirements:
Knowledge of WordPress coding languages, including PHP
Ability to work with child themes
Comprehension of plugins and themes
Expertise in CSS and HTML
Expertise in JavaScript and MySQL
Up to date on WordPress trends
Possession of build tools and a control system

We are looking to switch Fundeazy.com over to WordPress within 2 weeks.
