Wordpress Plugin for Animal Rescue using Petfinder API v2.0

I run a pet rescue website, which integrates with Petfinder do display a featured pet and pet listings from our Petfinder account. However, Petfinder recently updated their API and my plugin will stop functioning in several months.

My website is on the latest version of Wordpress. I can provide the developer key. If you wish to put your plug in in the marketplace, I have no doubt that other rescues with this problem would purchase it.

The requirements are as follows
Use Petfinder API v2.0 to create a Wordpress Plug in and Widget

Widget pulls in and displays on the site:

Random pet picture (over https) from the specified petfinder account
Pet refreshes on page reload
Name of the pet
Name of the pet links to a pet page (below)

Pet Adoption page:
Filter on animal type (dog/cat)
Aggregate list of ALL pets posted on the defined pet finder account
Including:
All pictures of the pet - ability to select pictures to view
Pet Name
Pet Detail
Pet Description with a character limit
Link to pet finder
Link to pet page

Pet Page (automatically generated)
Pull in info from petfinder on a specific pet
Pet images
Pet Detail
Pet Description
Link to an adoption (cat or dog) form
Link to return to the main page

* Listings update once every 24 hours
* Individual pet pages unpublish once the pet is taken down from pet finder
