The Problem

We use Xero to run payroll for a specific client who needs a special leave accrual on their payslips represented by the dollar amount. Xero currently only allows this to be shown as an hour rate.

What we need

We need to be able to convert the hour leave accrual to a dollar amount, then email the payslip to the correct user.

Currently we download the payslip, calculate the dollar amount from the hours amount, write that on the PDF and email the document manually.

I am option to options to automate this process.
