I need someone who is well versed with ZKTeco devices as I have iclock 700 which I want to utilize via WDMS and currently it is getting online, Transaction counter is getting proper increment with thumb impressions and DB is also accessible and getting updated as well.

The only problem Im facing right now is the device transaction which is not visible at all. the menu is not opening up and Im stuck badly.
Need help with someone who understands my issue and can readily help.
