-this can also be a pdf file or an image file that shows the lot where the house will be built with all its surroundings and orientations.

-this are collection of images or sketches that tells me what kind of design are we going to do on the 3d models
Material swatches
-we want the output image to be realistic as possible so i would also require an actual material swatch if possible. If not I can source my own textures and materials from my own library that matches the design requirements.
