Including straight-lined pools, free-form pools, natural pools, modern & contemporary pools, spas, infinity edges, water features, waterfalls, and natural ponds w/ streams. Things I would require would be photos of the space and surrounding space, photos and a short video of the home or area where the design is proposed to be. I typically use aerial imaging (google maps) for an overview snapshot of the properties I design. I will not ask for an address, but rather ask that you provide a screenshot of google image that I may also reference for the area/space. The photos/video of your home/area of the project are for capturing the visual of your own space in a 3D rendering. A survey would be great to show property lines/easements to ensure structures (if any) are within building codes. I know that surveys includes personal information, so if this is something that would be needed (depending on structure within design) I would ask that personal information be excluded from the survey. A general wishlist of what is being asked for within the design, likes and dislikes, ideas, inspirational images are all great resources to help the design process. Also will need some sort of material list to incorporate as far as color selections (if applicable).
