Required 3D Modeling freelancer for 3D model of a house - Not renders needed job

Hello, I need this house in 3Ds Max. I need a very detailed model with interior and exterior walls, doors, and windows. Not furniture, not vegetation, just the architectural model.

I need this done ASAP, 24 hours or less.

I will share an example of a similar job, I am looking for something similar to that.
I also share the dwg drawings and the pdf with more specifications. The drawings don't have a pool, however, I need it modeled too as the sample file.

I will share a specification for the plinths
