Required 3D Modeling freelancer for 3D modeling of house job

Hi, I need this house project modeled in 3D Max. It is an easy and small project, but I need to have it detailed. Please pay attention to the details in the drawings and in the PDF. The house model should have a pool that is not in the drawings, so I will sharing a photo of that part too.
