We are after help launching with Amazon, initially one product but following that the rest of our portfolio which is 5,000+
The first product we are having issues and being held by Amazon, overview is
- We have exclusive rights on LGBT license agreement, and the first product is a 5-in-1 cable
- Our supplier wrote the description and included the word 'lightening'' which is Apple charger which is a trademarked by Apple
- Amazon has now placed the product on hold stating that we need confirmation from Apple on using 'lightening''
- We have attempted to remove the word lightening to its standard term '8 pin'', but Amazon will not let us
- The Apple cable is being sold by lots of other sellers on Amazon.
Initial task would be to get the product live and then to help us promote it, followed by the large task of updating our existing (not very well managed) Amazon store
We are donating $1.00 for every product sold, and we as launching a second charity soon with the same cable and same $1.00 donation
