Required Android freelancer for Android App developer required for USB Camera app job

Basically we have an infrared/thermography imaging mobile device that plugs into a smartphone and an existing Android app that works fine. To start we need some improvements and upgrade to be done. And over time more features to be added.
We will send you an USB Camera to test everything well.
