Required Visual Basic,C#,C++,Python,API freelancer for Interactive broker API trading Application job

We need API Trade Application on Interactive brokers that will do the follow:

1. Scan the market on 5 Min / 60 min bars and find special condition
   
2. If the special condition is on crate a stop order
   
   1. If the stop order is executed put a stop loss order and take profit
      
   2. If not executed check the terms
      
      • Terms on keep the order
        
      • Term off cancel the order
   
   
3. Potion is on (1 or 1) check term and update the stop lose if terms is on.

We will need you show us the code and learn me how to change it.
