Required Mathematical Models,Bayesian Analysis,Perl,Scripting freelancer for Developer needed to produce a medical app job

We are looking for developer to produce medical app. This job should have a desire to work in an Agile & DevSecOps team that is evolving around next generation cloud-friendly solutions and practices. The role will have the opportunity to work on new technologies, develop skills a full-stack developer, and provide technical leadership to the team of developers. Our client is seeking Ph.D. in mathematics and familiar with Bayesian theory to help produce a medical app designed to assist physicians with vancomycin dosing. The app to be developed will be a more advanced version of one of our existing apps.
The preferred candidate should have a working knowledge of PERL. Final output: PERL CGI script.
