Required Engineering Design freelancer for USA or Canadian Prof Engineer or EUR ING to review drawings for on board ship incinerator job

The reviewer should be American or Canadian Registered Professional Engineer or registered EUR ING and be competent in understanding design concepts for a shipboard incinerator. The PE will provide a signed letter that states that the reviewed drawings meet the requirements of IMO MEPC244.66 (pursuant to the design criteria specified). Should the drawings be lacking any of the required criteria - reference to such will be made. The drawings have previously been reviewed by a Professional Engineer (by a non-independent source) who certified the drawings as compliant. The redundancy in review is being conducted to ensure compliance with USCG type approval process (as referenced in MEPC244.66). There will be a total of four (4) incinerators evaluated. Each incinerator is of common design - except with varying capacities. The scope of this job is only related to review of design. The chosen PE will not conduct any on-site investigation nor be involved with testing or any other provision in this part.
