I need to integrate Dynamics 365 online with on-premises PBX Grandstream UCM6204. My service provider is voip.ms

Desired functionality
dialing from the CRM and respond to incoming calls with automatic creation of activity populated with the caller ID and searching for existing contacts.

I assume you already have similar product, and do not need to learn it from scratch.
