Looking for a talented designer to help me renovate my 2br/2ba apartment. This unit will be rental but it is a part of the house I own and I don't mind paying extra for nice details. I do not need any furniture or decorations in the design (tenants will bring their own) but what I do need help with is flooring color for 2 rooms and floor + tile for 2 bathrooms.
This is very unique project, huge plus if you know US supplier like Home Depot and potentially can recommend smth. I would like to see color matching in some sort of drawing. The apartment already have wooden kitchen cabinets and some wooden shelves.
