Required Asterisk,VOIP Administration,VOIP Software freelancer for CRM expert required for click to call solution job

I have a LAMP server, and I have an internal CRM (developed from scratch), in PHP & MySQL. I'm looking for a convenient solution to create a click-to-call feature inside my CRM.

The use case is as follows:

1. My agent is on a customer page, on our CRM, using a common Internet browser (Firefox or Google Chrome)
   
2. He clicks on a button, from inside his Internet browser, and calls the customer
   
3. The call is passed through a VOIP account I have bought separately
   
4. At the end of the call, the CRM gets the MP3 of the call, to be able to incorporate it and associate it with the call report in the database.

I'm not looking to create a solution from the ground up, if you already can suggest one, using other tools/software, even if I have to pay, I'll be interested to hear what you have to say.

I want you to assist me until we create the complete working use case.
