Required Legal freelancer for Provisional patent filing for software company job

I am looking for help drafting and filing a provisional patent application(s) for a fintech company. We are looking for patent associate / engineer who has extensive experience in following:

• Writing / drafting patent applications (provisional and complete)
• Filing patent application
• Knowledge of patent prosecution steps and relevant forms and fees
• Attending examination reports and office actions by drafting responses, give technical arguments in writing and verbally.
• Attending Hearing at Indian patent office (candidate should be patent agent to attend hearing).
