C++ developer needed to setup a stream from UE4 to our accounts in social networks.
At first glance, everything is fine, all parameters are the same to OBS settings, but in fact no platform except Twitch accepts our stream. It doesn't matter if we sending stream directly or via restream for example. We tried to tweak the settings for quality, bit rate, resolution etc. but no effect on the result.
So, it seems that the issue lies deeper than we can dig, that is why we are looking for experienced freelancer for such work.
Final price and deliverables will be agreed separately after discussion with freelancer.
Thus, the main goal of this task is to configure the OpenH264 library in the code so that its encoding parameters fully match the parameters of the encoder used in OBS in order to be accepted by social networks. Or, if you might offer alternative solution, please do that!
