We currently use an application service provider who is failing to deliver acceptable service levels. We have a handful of mission critical applications that we need to migrate to a new way of hosting our applications. Our environment is a virtual server running citrix desktop and we have several client server applications running with a SQL back end. We are considering switching to a new application service provider or instead hosting the applications ourselves on servers that we own. Right now we host a telephone server on our own that is asterisk based and sits in a server facility off site. We need someone to guide us through the pros and cons of various solutions.
The ideal candidate will suggest solutions and provide various pricing options and vendors that will meet our needs after understanding the totality of our requirements.
