I have very limited knowledge in the legal field, thus need help from someone who has the experience
I run an E-commerce brand (dropshipping) and I've recently been reported by a third party for apparently infringing on their work (a copyright and product). The catch is that we now use our own photos, manufacturer and our own materials for this product, even though the product we're promoting is similar. I can provide all documents needed to facilitate the process, as well as emails from the complaining party.
I am in need of someone who can provide professional legal advice and know whether or not I can still use this item without further legal issues.
