This project entails reviewing clients medical records for hernia mesh records. Specifically we need to obtain the operative report or implant record for each individual client. You will be scanning through hundreds of medical records to obtain this one record. The ideal operative report or implant record will contain a 'product sticker' identifying the type of mesh the person had implanted. We will want to know the date the mesh was implanted and why the mesh was implanted.
We are also looking for the 'revision' record. The revision record will look similar to the implant record. This person will be reviewing medical records for 5 different clients and if the work is done correct we can continue the job.
