Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for Make a beautiful brochure for medical clinic job

We are a medical clinic looking to expand. We need someone with graphic design experience to make absolutely beautiful and informative brochure for us to distribute to other clinics and patients. Must be someone with previous experience making brochures/etc.
