Required Linux,Network Administration,Network Security,Ubiquiti,Virtual LAN (VLAN) freelancer for Integrating a Unifi-Ubiquiti network with PacketFence. job

I have an access point network using Unify's equipments and I am looking at integrating it with PacketFence.
One of the requirements is to be able to link unify's equipment with packetfence and allow them to switch VLAN automatically using radius CoA based on the user's profile.

I just need well structured, validated and clear steps on how to do the implementation.
