Need to make a flexible beam just like steel ruler with the point mass at the end to check for deformation, angular/linear stiffness, harmonic response, moment of inertia etc.(similar stuff). and need explanation of the simulation and calculation.
i also made it myself and found it easy for the first time Ansys user but cant figure out few answers so need someone with proper knowledge to have all the questions sorted.
I will provide the image of a beam to have a better idea of the geometry(simplest possible beam) and to show that i am able to do simple things(but couldn't make few things work out so need help). i can also provide the calculations i have done to make things clear but still need some work to be done.
Some requirements in simple words:
Need to make flexible beam with the extra point mass at the end(parameters like mass length height width can be decided later)
Need to calculate the torque/force whatever need to rotate it at specific time or at certain angle (lets say 15-30 degree) or some angular displacement. Then calculate the usual flexible stuff like deformation or link b/w angular or linear stiffness etc.
