Required FreeBSD,Network Administration,OpenVPN,PfSense,System Administration freelancer for Assist in setting up OpenVPN on pfsense with local LAN access job

I have 2 VMs running on VMware setup.
VM1: Windows VM
VM2: Pfsense VM

Currently the windows VM1 is in a local network range behind a NAT of the pfsense VM2 (gateway)
The windows machine can connect to the outside world and is on IP 10.0.0.2 outside of DHCP.

What I would like you to do is setup openVPN connection that attaches me to the local network of the windows machine (10.0.0.0/24). And allows me to RDP into the windows machine, as well as use the openvpn to access internet myself.

Currently I already have a setup running, it works in all aspects except for being able to reliably reach the windows VM on 10.0.0.2, maybe this setup can be salvaged but i'm also not against starting from scratch.

Preferably someone who has experience specifically with openvpn and pfsense.
