Required Call Center Management freelancer for texting sms/mms call center. job

I have a virtual receptionist/dispatcher now. Using zohodesk is not working well enough due to missing automated steps.

Im in need of a call/text/email call center so I can:
customers can 2way text, request call back, get automated alerts.
chat on website messages
add automation to my tickets
minimize the number of phone calls
offer 24/7 service
group & personal inbox
give all employees an extension and/or phone work phone # so calls/text are visual to business

I do want to resell this app to others. I am the sales, you would be the support. You will need a landing page so customers can sign up for app.
