Required software development freelancer for SQL Server, Web Server Install for Analytics Application (One Stream) job

Install and configure web, application and sql database server for use in One Stream / Analytics application. We don't need One Stream software installed. The software vendor will handle that. But we want someone to install all the prerequisites listed on a spare laptop that we share via logmein software. As background, our company provides implementation services. We are a small company so just need this application to support small datasets for demonstration and proof of concepts. We would like everything to run off this lap top. And have users log in to the laptop to access the software. We do not have a vpn so that is not a requirement.
