While this position is listed as full-stack, it isn't a full site/platform/app build.
Looking for a developer to build a form in React/Gatsby to be hosted on a Webflow site. The form is somewhat lengthy (a contract to sell insurance under a brokerage) and the information of the contracted agent will be pushed to a CRM built in React (already complete).
Our client has two requests, which is where the full-stack element comes into play.
First, due to the form's length, our client is asking that the full form be segmented or have break sections so that someone does not need to complete sign-up in one sitting. This will push entered information to the CRM in chunks and need to recall (or at least link to the correct record) when the agent returns to finish the form. They've asked to gamify this, if possible.
For the second request, know our client currently utilizes two forms. One is an abridged version of the main form. It is used for existing agents who need to add coverage under a new carrier, but have filled out the bulk of the contract in the past. They would like an option to select only needing the 'Ancillary' form which will reference the agent's current record (like the first request) in the CRM and only pull the appropriate questions/sections of the main form in to be filled for the Ancillary contract.
Our team will begin building the Webflow site in the next two weeks. We can put you in contact with the developers of the CRM to work out integrations there. They should be able to host the form on their servers to be deployed on Webflow. The form itself is 19 pages, however, much of the later pages are just the legal portions of a W9 and other employment documents.
We are completely open to suggestion on best practices for designing the form. We are be able to send over a blank contract form, site wireframe, and brand style guide via chat/message.
