Need someone that can sew a long dress I printed on lycra fabric.
Made up of a 85:15 polyester. Shimmer Faced Poly/Viscose Fabric.
I would like double-fold bias binding on the arms and neck.
Looking for a person that's very skilled at sewing very stretchy fabric to avoid puckering.
