Required Docker,Embedded Linux,Linux freelancer for Docker Compose config for dynamically created devices (--device-cgroup-rule, Linux) job

I need a docker compose config to dynamically mount /dev/ttyACM0 or /dev/ttyACM1 to my running container service.

Context: I got a device that sometimes switches itself off, power cycles and tries to connect again. In this event, It would switch from /dev/ttyACM0 to /dev/ttyACM1 because the previous serial interface might still be blocked. Because docker device interfaces are created on container creation time, /dev/ttyACM1 is not available because nothing is mounted so the running container can no longer access the usb device.

I'm looking to implement the --device-cgroup-rule as a solution, or some way to unmount the previous port. Any advice that solves the problem context gets both the bounty and a tip.
