Required software development freelancer for Looking for a security expert for my hosting job

So my hosting is hacked, I have many wordpress sites on it.

I want someone to do following:
- go over all my websites, and update wordpress, theme's, plugins. If theme/plugin need to be re-bought we need to do that.
- install to all site WP manager type of plugin, and security plugins, possibly change default urls (wp-admin) to new names like 'logmein', 'theadmin', 'newregistration' (can be done with Better WP Security WordPress plugin)
- double check all ftp file and folder permissions, and reset group owner
- change all passwords from wordpress, and ftp

All in all would like to be advised about best way forward for securing my hosting and sites for problems like this.
